Lanz Seaz

Songwriter Lanz Seaz , (Born name Lance Smuda), released two songs with videos to tell a part of his life story, and continues working to finish his story and full Album. Now, living in SW Florida, he teams up with TBS O.N.E. Studio to share his lyrics to the rest of the world.

As a young man, lance used to play and write music all the time because he enjoyed it, but the time came when he had to support himself and put music on the back burner. He then started a successful Construction Company that’s responsible for several beautiful homes in Wisconsin.

March 15, 2021 was the release of his second single “Way of the Waves”, and his first single “You’re Eyes Are The Windows” was released a few weeks earlier.
